You record one conversation a week.
We handle everything after that.
The production arm for boutique sell-side M&A advisory firms.
/ Why us
(01)
Anyone can cut a video. The question is which forty seconds.
Every conversation holds three or four moments a CPA would forward to a client who has been talking about selling, and forty minutes that he would not.
VizualZ Media
Ninety minutes in. Four minutes out.
One conversation a week becomes an episode and five clips. The work is not the ninety minutes. It is knowing which four are worth a CPA forwarding.
What we cut for
The number that surprised the owner. The mistake he will admit to now the deal has closed. They are never where you expect them, and never at the start.
Not lead generation
No owner has ever hired an advisor from a video. What this buys is ninety minutes a week with the people who refer them.
The founder-led companies whose content operations we run: a media agency, a coaching business, a clinical practice.
“I didn't have to worry about who's going to handle all this workload. I was able to focus more on other aspects of my business.”
Jason Wojo · Wojo Media
Every episode
- Guest coordination
- Multi-cam editing
- Five vertical clips
- Thumbnail and titles
- Publishing to YouTube and LinkedIn
Four days, not four weeks
The first episode takes six to seven days while we learn how you talk. Every one after that runs on a four-day cycle.
/ Case study
(02)
Two and a half years of one client's content operation, and the thumbnails behind it.
Almost everything we make goes out under the client's name, not ours. Wojo Media agreed to be named, so it is the one operation we can show you end to end.

One recording a week in. Everything else: selection, editing, captions and delivery. Two and a half years running.
VizualZ Media runs the content operation behind Wojo Media: guest podcast appearances, event footage, and vertical talking-head clips come in raw. Selection, editing, captions and delivery are ours from there. Jason records and hands off the file. That's the extent of his week on it.

What our clients say.
From the founder-led companies whose content operations we run. A different audience to yours, and the same standard.
There's always another agency in my inbox wanting to take over my post-production. I always tell them the same thing: not a chance, VizualZ Media's work blows anything you'd produce out of the water. Thanks anyway.
The whole 'who's actually going to do all this' problem just went away. Suddenly I had room to work on everything else in the business.
The stress wasn't the editing. It was carrying the whole thing in my head all week. That's the part that's gone now.
/ Process
(04)
What happens after you hang up. The four days between your recording and everything going live, in order.
The first episode takes six to seven days. Every episode after that runs on the four-day cycle above.
/ The limits
(05)
This will not bring you mandates.
Nobody hires an M&A advisor from a video. Mandates arrive through the CPAs, attorneys and bankers who already have the owner's trust, and they will keep arriving exactly that way.
Any agency that tells you otherwise is selling you a pipeline it cannot build.
What the recording does is put you in a room with a founder you have already sold for, or the CPA who sent him to you, for ninety minutes every week. Interviewing the person who refers you work is business development that happens to be recorded.
You are not spending ninety minutes on marketing. You are having one relationship conversation a week with precisely the person you need to know.
If an agency tells you a podcast will fill your pipeline, ask them which of their clients it filled.

Questions we get before the call.
If yours isn't here, bring it to the call. Thirty minutes, and you get a straight answer.
Who does the work
A small in-house editing team, working to US time zones from India. Five editors do the cutting. Vyom writes the brief and reviews every episode before it ships. You deal with one person, not a rota.
Who is this built for?
Boutique sell-side M&A advisory firms in the US lower middle market. Typically one to four named partners, under fifteen people, representing owners selling companies with $1M to $10M of EBITDA. If the managing partner personally owns business development, we are built for you.
What do I actually have to do?
Record one conversation a week, and supply the guest names so the ask goes out from your own inbox. It takes about thirty seconds a guest and it converts because it comes from you. We handle everything after the yes: scheduling, the recording link, prep briefs for both sides, reminders, and a tech check the day before.
What comes back for each episode?
The edited episode, five vertical clips, a thumbnail, titles and descriptions, and publishing to YouTube and LinkedIn in the formats each one actually wants. You get a short message when it is live, and nothing else that week.
How long does it take?
The first episode takes six to seven days while we build the format. Every episode after that runs on a four-day cycle. If your firm is affiliated with a broker-dealer and episodes need compliance review, add three to five days and we build that into the schedule rather than around it.
Will this bring me mandates?
No, and we would rather say so here than have you find out in month three. Mandates arrive through the CPAs, attorneys, wealth managers and commercial bankers who already have the owner's trust. What the recording does is give you ninety minutes a week with exactly those people, on a standing invitation they have a reason to accept.
What about confidentiality?
Nothing about a live process is ever recorded, clipped or published. Guests are post-exit founders and referral sources only. That is written into the SLA rather than left as an understanding.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly retainer. Not hourly, not per episode. We go through the number on the call once we know what your week actually looks like, because quoting it against a guess helps neither of us. Book a 30-minute call and we will walk you through it.
